Getting started

How to log a migraine attack in seconds

Capture an attack the moment it starts with one-tap Attack Mode, then fill in the details once symptoms ease.

Tips & Tricks 3 min read

Log first, type later

  • Open Attack Mode from the home screen or a Home Screen widget — one tap starts the timestamp.
  • Don’t try to capture everything up front; the goal is to mark that an attack happened.
  • Use low-light mode so the screen stays comfortable during an attack.

Add details when you can

  • Come back later to add severity, symptoms, aura, and possible triggers.
  • Log any medication you took and the time you took it.
  • Note when the attack ended so duration is tracked automatically.

Build the habit

  • Add the widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen for faster access.
  • Aim for consistency over completeness — a quick partial log beats a missed one.
